Fast forward to present we decided this house wasn't the right fit and to roll the dice again. This time around he was also extremely patient and always willing to make time, traveling as far as Marion VA all the way to Erwin TN while we searched for where we belonged. We've been on a many of adventures, and seen a many of things all in search for 'the one'. This man is pure gold and we highly recommend him. When I began looking for a house, I didn't know very much about the process. David walked me through the whole process and requirements the VA would be looking at. David understood that I was not in a rush and had time to look. There was never any pressure, I never felt rushed. He is also very casual and laid back, but always professional. As we looked at different properties, he would let know the positives about a property but he would also let me know what issues might arise. Any questions I had were answered. As the search continued, I learned a lot from him. David is very knowledgeable and is very resourceful, if there's and issue, David knows a guy. After I found a place, David worked with me from making the offer through closing. I consider David a friend and I highly recommend him.
