I walked into David’s office just asking him if he could come and look at my house see how much I could get for it. From there he took it on himself. He sold my house for what I was asking he was always there when I needed him if I had a question he was there Iand never complained one time, even on the weekends and after 5 PM. Anytime I called him he was always available or he called me right back I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor I would recommend him over anybody

David was awesome to work with. He helped me find my forever home while I was living 700 miles away. He was able to answer or get the answer to any questions I had. He even did a video showing for me. Even after losing a few houses David kept working hard until he found my house. He checked on the building progress for me and kept me updated with pics along the way. Not only is he a good realtor I would consider him a friend. And if I can talk any of my friends and family into moving here I will definately send them to David.

What can I say? David is a superb agent and I valued his insight and support at every step during my buying process. He invested a good amount of time up front to learn about my circumstances and the type of home I was looking for. He set up an excellent search that provided me with options to review each day. He provided additional documentation and chased down specific questions I had about each property. The thing I valued most was his eye for properties. When we would go look at a property he was able to look for things and point out things that would have COMPLETELY eluded me. I felt very confident that David wouldn't let me fall into a bad situation. If he saw a red flag, I could count on him letting me know! David also put me in contact with my lender, Chris Blackburn, who also did a superb job. David just has good instincts. He has good instincts about properties. He has good instincts about people. Rarely do I write a review about anything, but this is the Exception. The service that David gave was out of this world amazing. My situation probably will differ from most, but we bought a house and a few months later sold the same house(moving states) and we used David for both transactions. From the start he listened to our needs, explained to process, and shared some of the struggles we might face and he was spot on with everything. I can be a little intense when I set out to do something and at not one point did David ever make me feel like I was a bother and was there to answer every question I had. Point is I’ve worked with a few Realtors in my life and David is by far the best to work with. I highly recommend!!!
